Looking for Lenders for the following acquisition: Pre-LOI, experienced operator-led acquisition of Residential & Commercial Moving Company, Logistics, Final Mile & Warehouse Storage Revenues. - Purchase price: $3.5M - Target EBITDA: $750K+ (historical, stable) - Seller note: $1.5M (subordinated) -Investor equity: $250K - Debt requested: $1.75M - Implied leverage: ~2.3x EBITDA, sitting behind the seller note I'd prefer a conventional/non-SBA structure given the timeline and personal guarantee considerations.
