Hi all,

I am currently negociating with a SMS marketing agency and a Recruitment business. Both need a bit of cash upfront to take the deal over de line. Are there investors here that are interested in putting in cash in deals in return for equity?

Recruitment business
Revenue: 2M
Profit: 700k



SMS Marketing agency
Revenue: 4M
Profit: 800k

Both businesses are in the US.
