Looking for capital to acquire cybersecurity companies in the US (Non SBA)

Hi everyone, 

I'm looking for capital to acquire cybersecurity companies in the US. It can't be SBA because I'm not a US Citizen or a Green Card Holder. Can anyone here help me with that? We have the pitch deck and business plan ready to go. 
We are looking to raise $5M.
