Hi,

I am currently buying several healthcare companies (clinics, assisted living, healthcare recruiting, healthcare product wholesalers, etc) across Canada and am seeking equity investors for our various projects.

Our current deals vary from 100k to 10m in EBITDA. We're seeking investors who are interested in participating about 10%-20% of the purchase price.

Our team currently has 1 deal which we financed via 100% seller financing, 450k revenue and 50k EBITDA.
