Looking for Buyer/Investor/Operator for NYC Moving Co. Under 1X SDE

Hi-I am under contract for a NYC based moving company, but my situation has changed and I am no longer able to pursue this opportunity at the level i had thought. I am open minded: Looking for someone who may want to take over the opportunity, or partner with me and operate it. This residential moving co can be bought for an excellent price due to my relationship with the seller and his need to move on to another business. Can be purchased for $245K ONLY! Or we can partner. $600K in revs and $300K in SDE. $70K in FFE(2 trucks, website, etc.) Under 1X SDE. I have to find a solution quickly or I will lose deposit. Let's have a chat ASAP! Thank you
