I am a searcher with backing from a family office. My background is in online Retail and I just started looking for businesses in Australia/NZ. Does anyone have recommendations on intermediaries (lawyers, accountants) I can connect with for Retail, wholesale/distribution, and light manufacturing acquisitions?

Best of luck Jekin. There are a bunch of searchers in ANZ, if you aren't connected already to the wider group perhaps PM me and I'll introduce you. The Aussies are likely to have some thoughts here in the comments or directly. Looks like the first search capital is about to raised and the first acquisition was recently completed (both in AUS).
