Looking for Brokers in South Florida
We're conducting a direct-to-owner search, BUT we're also open to using brokers in South Florida. We need advice on the best way to approach them. Couple questions.
Should we reach out to and work with one broker or multiple brokers?
- When I started calling down a list of brokers found on google one broker seemed offended that I was reaching out to multiple brokers.
Is it common for brokers to have off market listings?
Should we only call on a broker when we see a listing?
