Targeting BOBs (Boring Old Businesses) such as HVAC, Plumbing, Roofing, or Electrical company in the Seattle area with $2M-$10M in top line revenue and at least 20 years in business. Yes, appreciate you opining. I have also tried Biz Buy Sell and a list of other channels. Any other suggestions on biggest ROI for sourcing deals that meet my criteria are highly encouraged. Don't want to miss an opportunity because I was not aware of a great method, tool, or process due to my ignorance.
