^redacted‌ I am not an attorney but I have done 6 Accounting QoEs. I have helped my clients save money when buying. Do not skip on this.. I promise you the broker will tell you its simple and they are all cpas so their numbers are right. While its possible the broker and seller and being reasonable, I just helped a accounting buyer reduce his purchase price by 18%. email me redacted
