Looking for a someone with experience in transactions in the construction/remodeling space (kitchen & bath) in NJ and am looking for a business attorney experienced in both small business transactions and the construction industry. Ideal fit: - Experience with asset and stock purchase agreements for small businesses. - Familiarity with NJ Home Improvement Contractor licensing and municipal permitting requirements. - Understanding of SBA loan processes and lender requirements. Knowledge of construction-specific risks (e.g., contracts, change orders, WIP handling).
