Looking for an SBA loan on a home services business w/ an RME

Hello everyone,

I am looking for any referrals for SBA lenders who will lend on a home services business in California that currently has an RME holding the contractor's license. The Buyer does not have this license, but the employee who does hold it will be signing an employment agreement and hanging his license with the business. 

The business has strong financials and has been operating 20+ years. The Buyer does not have experience in construction/home services but is financially qualified to Buy this business and has a strong resume.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
