Looking for an SBA broker

Has anyone had a positive experience working with an SBA broker? I am interested to hear peoples thoughts and recommendations on brokers who have provided excellent service and helped to close transactions.

I recommend you do this yourself. If you reach out to the 5-10 most active lenders on Searchfunder and do some research here, you can easily do this without a loan broker and get a much better deal. While using a broker is "free", your interest rate will typically be 0.25% - 1% higher than what you can get if you go directly to banks. Look at the savings over the 10-year term of the loan. This is based on real-world experience comparing broker-sourced teamsheets to teamsheets I received directly from banks.
