Looking for an Operator for a fully prepared deal.

Hi Everyone,

I have been fortunate to land to two LOI's at the same time. Out of transparency and respect, I will be pursuing only one of the LOI's. However, our group and investors would like to complete the other deal if possible and so we are looking for a qualified and committed operator. The deal characteristics are below:
Location: Upstate NY (near the Finger lakes)
EBITDA: $750k
Price: 3.5x
Industry: Personal Care
Business Model: multi-unit franchise
Other: Recession resistant, simple business model, little to no working capital, opportunity to purchase more units or expand organically
