Looking for an M&A lawyer who will accept equity in lieu of payment

My partner and I are closing in on a deal for a small US-based professional services business. We are looking for an M&A lawyer/law firm to draw up the relevant documents in exchange for equity in the target acquisition, rather than payment.

How are you financing the deal?My guess is that the paperwork to cover an equity transfer like this would probably be more expensive than just rolling the attorney fees into the loan.
