Looking for an investor with GovTech experience

I'm moving to an LOI for a small software development firm that offers a combination of software services, such as building permitting and code enforcement, to county and municipal governments throughout Florida with some penetration into other states. It has an excellent reputation with its customers with very high LTV and no uneven customer concentration.

I believe it has high growth potential as little digital marketing and sales efforts have been made within the last five years but fortunately it does have champions from its current customer base that will give referrals and testimonials to other prospects.

My own background is in tech for over 20 years working as both a SaaS operator and buyer. Bringing my experience in scalability of systems and increased automation should add considerable value and contribute to the growth plan I intend for this business as an owner-operator.
