We are in the process of acquiring IT Managed Service Provider located in the South Eastern State of USA. We are looking for investors who might be interested for 10% ($400K) of down payment in exchange for equity or loan.

Services Offered: Cloud Management, Compliance, Cybersecurity/Security-as-a-Service, Data Center Services, Enterprise Architecture, Migrations, Network services etc
