looking for an influencers/affiliates/partnerships marketing expert

Hi all, I am looking for a recommended influencers/affiliates/partnerships marketing expert (freelance/agency) for a new CBD products ecom store in the US (expert = someone who can help build those marketing channels from scratch and who understands the role those channels play in a larger marketing strategy and in building a brand. Not expert = someone who compiles good lists of influencers). I would appreciate it if you can share pros with whom you work/ed and survive happily to tell the world. Thank you so much
