Looking for an example acquisition target for a class project

I am a current student at Chicago Booth and am working on a final project for our ETA class. The project involves finding a company, evaluating the financials, summarizing the advantages, and pitching the investment to the class. Does anyone happen to have a good company available with financial data, for example from a recent transaction or a CIM? I would highly appreciate any help.
