FYI - there’s been robust consolidation going on in the EdTech market by a few PE-backed platforms these past few years.

It’s adjacent to my market and I hear and read about it. Don’t know if that means the timing is still good or not. But certainly worth one investigating if they pursue this space.

Ed-tech is well understood by private equity firms, there are even funds that focus specifically on ed-tech, so a roll-up would be challenging
