I would suggest that you google Axial List of Accounting Firms, and then contact them through LinkedIn.

I would suggest that you provide some additional criteria around size of deal and what you are looking for. There are a lot of different flavors of diligence/QOE that are available and costs can range from $10k to hundreds of thousands.

Accredited investors meet standards defined by securities regulators which allow them to invest in certain private securities offerings. In general they must meet one of the following criteria:
