Any operators used an Affordable Care Act consultant to help employees navigate their healthcare options? We are currently considering offering a healthcare stipend (that employees can use on ACA) or providing employer health insurance. We'd like to chat with someone who is familiar with ACA so that we can understand which option is most effective for our organization.
