Looking for advice on outside equity for large franchise deal ($15-20M)

We are looking at a deal for an established franchise in the automotive space. Multiple locations, owned for about 15 years.
Has anyone worked with a larger investment group that specializes in franchises? We're looking for advice on how to approach such a deal. Thanks in advance!
