Hi I'm currently the COO of an HVAC company based in NYC that has a blend of commercial and residential clients. Would love to connect to anyone who has implemented software such as House Call Pro, Service Titan or Field Edge.

Service Titan is definitely the gold standard, but it can be pricey if you have a small team (<4 field techs). I recommend reaching out to the different providers and sitting through a few demos to determine what is best for you (based on pricing, your business model / head count, etc).

Service Titan is the gold standard here, no? I have personally used HCP and it was fine, but ST seems to have more features and is a great platform to scale off of. I do not have experience with Field Edge.
