Looking for Advice on Best Pathway to implementation
I have recently left the corporate world after 19 years leading automotive dealerships through their global expansion efforts. I am well equipped to help entities exploring global expansion opportunities, especially into Latam. I am thinking the best way to go about this new career is to acquire a small professional services/consulting firm and adding global expansion on as a new line of business. I am looking for recommendations on alternative approaches to this. Your suggestions are welcomed.
