What's most important to get lined up during start-up?
- Do you have firm recommendations?
- How did you select your counsel?
- Did you leverage the templates in the appendix of the Stanford GSB Search Fund Primer?

Emile, I'd be happy to provide some guidance on formation and the accompanying documents. As a secondaries investor, we often deal with those structures and agreements as they come into force at the other end of the journey for the Searcher, when it's time to assess rights and calculate NAV/distributions.
