Robert White redacted only does M&A & then outside GC for a few dozen places as well, iirc. He does my work. Very focused on this exact space.

I have worked with Matt Hartranft redacted He is similar to Joel's recommendation. Has done over $1.2B in M&A transactions and is very smart on the business and strategy side of getting deals done.
