Looking for a transaction attorney

Hey all-

We operate a long-term holding company engaged in numerous transactions annually, and are in the market for a new transaction M&A attorney to assist us in streamlining the process from APA > Lender review > Corporate setup > Employment agreements, etc.

The goal is to create a template for this process, allowing us to execute each transaction efficiently with minor adjustments tailored to the unique aspects of each deal, yet maintaining a similar standardized structure throughout.
We are looking for a long term relationship and will even be open to hiring in house council - in the meantime we are willing to commit to 4 deals to get started.
