They are a combination technology consultancy, technical due diligence provider and searchers themselves. It's a brilliant strategy for a searcher in my opinion, because it provides a lot of opportunity to see the internals of different businesses, but they also seem to know their stuff on the technical front and might be a good group to partner with.
