Looking for a QoE service provider based in Quebec

I have a deal under LOI in Quebec and I'm looking for a QoE service provider. I have a strong preference for a firm with presence in Quebec given the unique tax laws for Quebec. I'm hoping to have a good quality service provider that can take on a new client 1-2 weeks from now or possibly even earlier since we are targeting a quick closing.

I would love to see if the community has any referrals for any firms with presence in Quebec.

MNP performs QoEs as noted above and are in Quebec. Big four accounting firms are also an option.
