Looking for a Principal Actively Deploying Capital in Florida Home Services

I’m sourcing off-market home-services businesses daily and looking to partner with one principal who is actively deploying capital in Florida. Yesterday spoke with two real sellers through existing channels: • $4M EBITDA pool services company (South Florida) • $1M EBITDA roofing company (Florida) Both owners were open to next steps and requested buyer conversations — I’m now looking for the right capital partner to route opportunities to. I’m on the phone with 20–40 owners per day in home services (commercial cleaning, HVAC, roofing, pool service, landscaping, etc.).
