Looking for a Partner

I run a successful company already in the VC world where I source quality early-stage startups. I just tested it with an M&A firm over the last year to see if it worked for companies looking to exit - it does (very well).

I am now eager to start sourcing deals for other firms and even raising capital to invest in those for myself. However, I need someone who has more time to focus and build on this.
