Looking for a loan for a SaaS business (for a colleague)

Putting it out here since I figured there a lot of banks that work with deals of this nature. Helping out a colleague who owns a SaaS business and is trying to get a loan for capital needs inredactedSome high level terms and details below, please DM me directly if this is something your bank can likely work around or if you need more information:

- $7-10mm I/O with a balloon payment - goal is to give the company working capital for 2025 needs + give the company the runway to achieve its growth metrics
- SaaS Company is ~$15mm in revenue + cash flow positive

- ideally non-recourse

- 5-8 year long contracts with large insurance companies (i.e., Alliance and Standard Insurance).

-Contracts are firm 3-5 years

Most Saas private lenders want to see you use the capital for growth, but you can always try to see if they are interested. I know of redacted
