Putting it out here since I figured there a lot of banks that work with deals of this nature. Helping out a colleague who owns a SaaS business and is trying to get a loan for capital needs in###-###-#### Some high level terms and details below, please DM me directly if this is something your bank can likely work around or if you need more information:

- $7-10mm I/O with a balloon payment - goal is to give the company working capital for 2025 needs + give the company the runway to achieve its growth metrics
- SaaS Company is ~$15mm in revenue + cash flow positive

- ideally non-recourse

- 5-8 year long contracts with large insurance companies (i.e., Alliance and Standard Insurance).

-Contracts are firm 3-5 years

Would love to help your friend with a SBA loan. We work with all the major SBA lenders. The bank pay us after your loan closes, so this is a 100% free service for you. Obviously, SBA loans require a personal guarantee. Obviously SBA loans cap at $5million.
You can reach me here or directly at redacted You can also click here to schedule a meeting with me: https://cal.com/ishan-jetley-3d73m8/30min. Look forward to chatting!

Hi Campbell, the best solution here seems to be Venture Debt, where the underwriting is based on ARR/MRR as opposed to profit. We have dozens of these lenders on our CapFlow platform and completed a few SaaS financings in the past year, so feel free to email me at redacted to discuss further.

FYI we also have a generous referral program for referring deals to us. Happy to discuss that as well.
