Looking for a lender in Delaware for a $20 million loan

^redacted‌what part of Delaware? If you're looking for a local bank/credit union there aren't actually that many in the whole state. I invest in real estate in Delaware and some credit unions from Maryland and Southeast PA also lend in Delaware.
