Looking for a Lender

Seeking a lender who has reasonable rates for several businesses in LOI. Each business does $2-3M in revenue and have SDE's of $440k-$1M. I am not using the SBA for a few reasons, but wanted to see if there were lenders out there that could do these kind of deals and if so, what terms may look like? Thanks for the feedback!

If you haven't tried... do a search in the directory for investors. It will show the location of the them. Then I would just reach out to them directly. I recently started reaching out to investors to start build up my relationship with the investor community, because of some of the challenges with SBA. The few I have contacted are happy to talk and would be willing to listen to deals under LOI.
