Growth Engine Operator Intern – Acquisition CRS We’re looking for a Growth Engine Operator Intern to help build our visibility and inbound acquisition pipeline. What You’ll Do: You’ll help build the CRS brand and distribution engine through: - SEO & website optimization - Multi-platform distribution (LinkedIn, X, Instagram, TikTok) - Video editing for an acquisition-focused channel - Newsletter and audience growth initiatives - This role is tied to real business outcomes and metrics. Who You Are: - Strong interest in entrepreneurship through acquisition - Builder mentality — you execute, not just ideate - Analytical and resourceful - Comfortable moving fast and owning projects - Takes feedback seriously and improves quickly Requirements: - French (Mandatory) - Able to manage multiple deadlines - Marketing or content experience (preferred but not required) Part-time or full-time to start.
