Looking for a great lender

I have a great e-commerce deal under LOI with a business partner. The business is highly cash flowing and has been around for a few years. I’ve received all the financials and the business is seeing steady growth and is very profitable. We have a fair down payment available, and the sellers are willing to do a sizable seller note, but we need to find a great lender that can close the deal as quickly as possible
