Looking for a Funding Letter of Intent! For Daycare Expansion

Hey Search Funder Community! My wife and I are in the Childcare space and are working on our 4th location. To this point all of our locations have been leased. We now are looking to build on an cleared, vacant lot in a retail district of Southern Maryland. We are applying for state funding to help with acquiring the land but also want to show that we are a head of the game when it comes to planning for the buildout (rough estimate of 2.5 Million). Any lenders interested in working with us? It would be great if I could include a Bank Letter of Intent in my application which is due by the end of the month. I also would welcome any advice or encouragement with this being our first ground up build. Turner
