I am looking for a FinTech operating partner to acquire a FinTech SAAS in the 14-40M valuation range that has a solid development team to create an add-on product. I already have distribution and partnerships in place for the add-on product and acquiring an existing company will be much faster than building an auxiliary team from scratch. The company will be a portfolio company and I am looking for an operating partner to participate in the deal but also run the NewCo as CEO.
