Looking for a financial partner on acquiring a high growth SaaS business

I'm an operator with a unique potential deal on my hands: A business with a legacy component that will generate over $3M this year and a SaaS growth business that will generate $2M ARR this year is available for a relatively low price ($1-2M). Only catch is that it requires about $8M to get to profitability. I've put together the team that can take it there and now am looking for a financial partner to help me take over the remaining shares in the business.

Any idea on partners I should talk to ?
