Below is a brief breakdown of my criteria, and what I need for a deal team. I would really appreciate any opinions on who would be the best people to contact.  Please feel free to reach out for more information. 

Bio: 
- Air Force Veteran
- Master's in International Business
- LOC $10M

Business Criteria:
- Industry: Manufacturing Sector
- Asking Price: 500KK - 5MM
- Location:  All of the United States (Preferably Texas)
- Range: 3X or 4X EBITDA
Needs:
- Investors
- M&A Attorney
- M&A CPA

I'm curious why you need a partner with a $10M line of credit with those asking price ranges? That being said: I'm air force enlisted vet and Army officer vet. I'm currently closing on a precision manufacturer and looking to roll up a few more. Once the deal closes I'll have positive cash flow but need some time to get enough liquid capital to purchase. Personally, I wouldn't waste my time building a "deal team" until you find the deal. Each deal is unique and requires different expertise/cost. There are vanilla deals where you can use a low cost approach and then there are extremely complex deals where you need deep industry knowledge. Because you don't know what you're buying yet, I would hold off.
