- LOC $10M

Business Criteria:

- Industry: Manufacturing Sector

- Asking Price: 500KK - 5MM

- Location: All of the United States (Preferably Texas)

- Range: 3X or 4X EBITDA

Needs:

- Investors

- M&A Attorney

- M&A CPA

I'm curious why you need a partner with a $10M line of credit with those asking price ranges? That being said: I'm air force enlisted vet and Army officer vet. I'm currently closing on a precision manufacturer and looking to roll up a few more. Once the deal closes I'll have positive cash flow but need some time to get enough liquid capital to purchase.
