Looking for a commercial HVAC QofE Provider

I'm looking for a QofE provider for a commercial HVAC business. The company is already under LOI with a PE firm, but is looking to get a seller's QofE. Need a provider that has experience in this space and knows how to handle percent of completion accounting, bonding, retainage, and all other nuances that come with $1M - $5M commercial HVAC/construction contracts. If anybody has any recommendations please shoot them over! Thank you in advance
