Looking for a Business Partner / Search Partner (Healthcare Canada)

Hi everyone,

I currently own 3 healthcare clinics in Canada (2 chiro, x-ray and massage) and 1 mental health clinic. Our portfolio does $3.8m in revenue and $800k in EBITDA. I am in the process of acquiring another mental health business,

The seller is looking to sell the building and the business, as separate transactions.

I am looking for a partner to help with acquiring the clinic and/or building, and that would also be interested in joining our rollup platform to help manage the existing businesses in our portfolio.

The business generates about $1.5m in revenue and $300k in EBITDA. The building is estimated to be about $600k with rents of about $57k a year. Estimated purchase price for the business is 3-4x EBITDA.
