I am looking for a recommendation for a business advisor who can assist to implement a growth strategy including monthly monitoring. I am aware that there are business coaches who use a generic software to evaluate a company and set KPIs. I would be interested to learn whether anyone has used an advisor and could offer a recommendation on who to contact? Thanks

I am a business advisor who works with business owners to provide them a business valuation, determine value drivers that will increase their value, make a plan for implementation and provide them resources to execute the plan. Each business owner is different and therefore after probing discussions, together we document the goals and objectives of the business owner and start the development of a plan.
