Looking for a $2.5mm loan (Non SBA)

Im looking for a non SBA loan for a $5mm manufacturing deal at a 3.3 x multiple. 
Our investors are providing $2.5mm of capital we are looking to finance the rest. 
The business is achieving approximately $1.4mm  - $1.5mm in EBITDA.
