We are looking to contract a 1.5m€ Loan to acquire an SME specialized in the collaborative robot integration and distribution in Spain.
Profitable business in a growing market (28%CAGR planned to 2030).
We are planning to proceed this July.

Hi Romain, for that size deal it's tricky (i know it from personal experience), as many private debt funds have moved to bigger deals as the market environment supported larger funds (and AUM fees). If the growth profile is attractive, try Tresmares. Alternatively try Beka and October. Finally, some banks may entertain small LBO financing, namely Bankinter or BBVA, but ideally get intro'd properly. All the best!

Thanks a lot Sergio, Agreed this type of project is challenging for the funding part. I had some pre commitment from Caixa mainly with lots of personal guarantee and very good contacts with October.
The deal in question is now over and I am looking for the next opportunity.
