Thank youi all so much!! We are under contract, QofE has launched, and we are reviewing benefits. Current mgmt has a mediocre plan, I look forward to getting one that is better for the the employees. Y'all have helped so much, thank you

Guideline is pretty solid from a U/X perspective and easy to integrate with. Another option would be to use a PEO's 401k plan which may reduce fees and eliminate fiduciary liability and plan admin.
