Hi, I am actively looking to acquire a $4m to $8m B2B service focused business in New York area. Any leads for businesses with dynamic of recurring and reoccurring cash flows would be appreciated. Attractive sub-sectors include HVAC, access controls, security / camera, roofing, fire, restoration, electrical, plumbing, handyman, facilities maintenance, landscaping, locksmith, tech services, etc. Any aggregator businesses are a plus.

By way of introduction, I am a private equity investor and ex-investment banker, and am actively looking to acquire a services business in New York Area from a seller looking for retirement. Since my days at Chicago Booth pursuing MBA, I have been keen on entrepreneurship through acquisition. I can add tremendous value to any potential acquired business by helping build a strong infrastructure, improving financial reporting and profitability, and driving growth and efficiency. I want to build a culture where employees thrive and have a purpose aligned with long term vision.
