Quick background: I'm a founder and investor. I've spent the past year+ advising companies on AI implementation and building AI tools myself — replacing SaaS products, building outbound sales systems, automating due diligence workflows, etc. Companies I'm involved with are seeing great results: one is handling 80% of support calls with AI agents, another added $1M+ ARR for its clients from AI-powered outbound, another increased revenue ~10% while cutting costs in medical billing. I'm doing two things for the search community right now, both free: 1. Building a resource directory for searchers — common questions, curated answers, existing tools, and new tools I'm creating for high-impact gaps. 2. Looking for 2-3 recent acquirers to work with directly. We ID 1-2 challenges where AI could help, I spend###-###-#### hours finding or building a solution. No cost.
