Hi all - I’m currently evaluating a proprietary deal within the stone fabrication and custom cabinetry space (new construction/remodeling adjacent). High-Level Overview: -Operational Strength: The shop is heavily automated (CNC bridge saws and wood machining centers), allowing for high-end output with relatively low owner involvement. -Growth Profile: Solid double-digit revenue growth over the last two years. -The Opportunity: 80% of revenue is currently referral-driven. There is zero dedicated B2B sales motion or outside sales representation. -Asset Profile: Very asset-heavy with significant CNC machinery, a large vehicle fleet, and substantial inventory.
