Look for Transition plan sharing

I am currently working on an LOI, and it is a binding one. I know it is rare. Having said that, all the clauses in the LOI will be even more serious, especially for my first deal. This, of course, includes the transition plan, which covers all aspects. So, I am looking for a transition plan sharing from anyone who has already gone through the handover with the seller.
